DENVER — For one Denver barber store, the county’s newest transfer to Level Red on the state’s COVID-19 dial appears to have confused some clients. 

On a typical Saturday in the pandemic, Tony D Barbershop would have a queue of consumers ready in their automobiles for a trim or minimize. Only 10 individuals are allowed inside at a time, 5 clients and 5 barbers.
